 I read the FAQ from Partition Magic, It also says "You may receive errors 1680, 1681, and 1687 when performing this conversion. These errors indicate that features of NTFS will be lost." And it shows those errors for sure. I tried before and lost all the data. Rarely it can convert NTFS to FAT32 only if a user defrag's that specific NTFS volume. Performing conversion fails if a user dont defrag specific drive before conersion. So i recomand to perform defrag before conversion or before resizing any Windows partition's.

Its really dangerous to convert NTFS into FAT32 and I'll never recommend to anyone to do this. Its better to backup your data and format the parition in FAT32.

But sometimes Windows does recognize Fat32 partition converted from NTFS and formatted by partition magic. Actually in this same situation i has lost my 20GB music collection.
