How to convert from FAT32 to NTFS and Back 

 To convert from FAT32 to NTFS, you use the CONVERT command.

 

  1. Open the Command  Prompt  window.
  2. In the Command  prompt window, type  convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs

              For example, typing convert D: /fs:ntfs would format drive D: with the ntfs format.

To convert to FAT32:-

There is no standard procedure of doing this.Partition Magic allows you to convert an NTFS partition back to FAT32.

I have heard u cannot convert NTFS to fat32 without reformating. r u sure partition magic can do that??

With partition Magic or Acronis Partition Expert you can convert NTFS volume to FAT32 volume but to perform this action you get only choice and i.e is to format that specific volume/drive.

Partition Magic 8 can do that.
