1)Soft not working..............
2)Tried 2 of his,MSDN cs,my CD,my Custom CD.............
3)CMD refuses by saying that no permission available!

Please use small images in signature as we also have dial-up users - HelpDesk

Seems he is not logged in as administrator while trying to format the partition, thats why XP CD not working and Vista is giving error of permissions.

Pl. give some more details. Being in Vista , you want to format other partitions? What's the disk structure, can you elaborate? What's th error u r getting?

From the run box, diskmgmt.msc and then try to format the partiton. it will also give the disk structure , can u put that here, making it more clear , what to do.
