WinFlip: Enable Flip 3D in Windows XP 

WinFilp is a small tool that filps through windows similar to the way Windows Vista does it. Using the Win + Tab (forward) and Win + Shift + Tab (backward), you can flip through the windows currently running on your desktop.

Even better looking is TopDesk but its not free!;)
