Hi guys!
In this tutorial, I'll tell you how to add "Hibernate" button in XP Shutdown dialog box? If you have enabled Hibernation in windows, then you hv to press <SHIFT> key to show the button in Shutdown dialog box but after following this tut u'll get an extra button for Hibernate. 
So here is the step-by-step tutorial:
1.) Open %windir%\system32\msgina.dll file into Resource Hacker.
2.) Goto Dialog -> 20100 -> 1033.
3.) If u want the following look (Hibernate button at bottom-center) :
