Consolas Font Pack for non-Vista machines 

Here is another font pack i digged up - MS made this font pack avaialable for free download for all, I think Vista has this (not sure though) this was actually released for Visual Studio and needs a VS installation, but i think this can be achieved by making the following entries, don't know whether it will work, maybe some1 could confirm

Download the font from MS site

u will need these keys in the reg if you don't VS installed

(32-bit)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\8.0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0
