Virtual OS USB enable 

i am using a virual pc on my computer.host os is windows vista ultimate and the guest os is windows xp sp 2 .

 

the problem i am facing is it i am not able to detect my usb drive into guest os.tried mounting it using hardware config wizard as well but no use.

 

then i also installed vm Additionms...but still i am not able 2 detect  my flash drive.

 

 

even tried 2 share folders between gust and host os.but they are not being shared.i wish ki host os ka ek folder a jaye guest os me....plzz du temme hw can i fix this
