Tutorial: Change the location of the User Profile Directories

Change the location of the User Profile Directories
We can change the location of the User Profile Directories for our Backup, because rarely we have the habit of taking backup of our data and sometime we lost our Primary Boot Partition and lost all the data. If we took regular backup then the data can be recover otherwise all things are lost.If we have already changed the location of our User Profile Directory then these things remain in our Backup Partition.

Step 1
Click on start and Go to C:\Users\UserName where u can see all of your User Profile Directories.

Step 2
Right click on any of the directory whose location you want to change and go to Properties.

Step 3
Click on Location Tab, now click on Move… computer will ask u for the new location. Select the folder in your backup partition.

All done.
If we lost our Windows Vista, after reinstalling we can again re-assign the Directories as we have in last Windows Vista. And all things get their position again.
